February 15th, local time, Australia suspended the quarantine-free entry plan for New Zealanders after New Zealand announced the discovery of three cases of local community-borne infection of COVID-19.

It is required that inbound personnel from New Zealand from the 15th to the 17th must be quarantined for 14 days.

Starting from midnight local time on February 14, Auckland, New Zealand’s largest city, has entered the level 3 emergency response to the pandemic, and other cities and regions of New Zealand have entered the level 2 response to the pandemic at the same time.

This interim adjustment is tentatively scheduled for three days.

When responding to level 3, schools, shopping malls and other public places will be closed.

Citizens should try their best to work at home. They are not allowed to go out. The number of parties must not exceed 10 people.

They must wear masks on public transportation.

Police have set up checkpoints around Auckland to check traffic, and all non-essential travel will be banned.

On the 14th, a family of three in southern Oakland was confirmed to be infected with the mutant novel coronavirus found in the United Kingdom. The specific infection route is still under investigation.

Among the infected were a middle school student whose secondary school had 1,500 teachers and students, 28 of whom were identified as close contacts with the patient, and the school had been closed.
