Attack on two military camps in central Mali, killing six soldiers

A press release issued by the Malian Armed Forces on January 24 local time said that at 03:30 that day

Two military camps in Blekasi and Mondoro, Mopti District, were attacked by militants, killing 6 soldiers and injuring 18.

Malian soldiers fought back and killed more than 30 militants and seized about 40 motorcycles and a large amount of military equipment.

So far, no organization has claimed to have caused the two attacks.
