Another landslide in Myanmar’s Med Valley has killed three people and left 11 missing

At 6:35 a.m. local time on August 24, another landslide in the Med Valley area of Mandalay Province, Myanmar, destroyed at least three houses, and rescuers rushed to the scene and found the bodies of three victims, while 11 people were found missing. The search and rescue operation is continuing.

Nine people have been killed, many injured and several road disruptions in at least five landslides since August 12 in the Med Valley region of central Myanmar, affected by persistent rains.
