January 30th – A sad incident happened in Missouri, USA. A man sought medical treatment due to severe chest pain and dyspnea, but was refused treatment three times by the hospital, and finally died in the hospital parking lot.
David Alexander Bell, a 39-year-old Missouri man, suffered from severe chest pain in January and was sent to Barnes-Jewish Hospital twice the week on January 8, but medical staff refused to treat him, according to the New York Post.
During his wife’s recent interview, she complained to the American media about the cause of the incident.
“I think he was in a state of urgency and needed to be sent to the emergency room.” Bell’s wife revealed that the hospital staff only prescribed painkillers such as ibuprofen to her husband, and then Bell went home.
However, after Bell returned to work, he was sent to the hospital for a third time by his colleagues due to breathing difficulties.
Bell’s wife rushed to the hospital after receiving the news, only to find that her husband was sitting in a wheelchair in the hospital parking lot.
On the way back to the car, Bell died unfortunately.
“I just don’t understand why they didn’t help him.”
Bell’s wife said that she had asked the hospital to accept Bell, but the hospital refused to say, “He has been here twice because of the same thing, and we have made a diagnosis for him.”
