February 19th An earthquake of magnitude 7.3 occurred in the eastern waters of Fukushima, Japan, on the evening of the 13th, and the ensuing disaster also brought huge losses to the local people.

There were even strange fires in private houses, which triggered speculation from the outside world.

According to a Japanese TV website on the 19th, on the day of the incident, the house in Kuniyama, Fukushima Prefecture, fire broke out after the earthquake.

Due to the intensification of the fire, the houses were completely burned down. A woman living in the house also suffered from a burn to her throat.

Japanese media later pointed out that one of the reasons for the fire was the power outage.

About three hours before the fire, there was a power outage in Junshan City, Fukushima Prefecture, affected by the earthquake. Local police and fire departments said that the candle fire used by the injured woman’s power outage was probably the cause of the fire.

To this end, the Japanese fire department calls on the public to pay full attention to the management of fire sources when they feel the shaking of an earthquake or power outage.
