According to Indian media reports, recently, many places in India, Coronavirus patients have been infected with fungal mold disease.

On May 9th experts from India’s National Coronavirus Working Group confirmed the report and gave medical advice. Experts say mold is a rare but potentially serious disease caused by naturally occurring “mold” fungi in the environment, with an overall mortality rate of up to 50 percent.

Mold disease can cause redness and pain in the eyes and nose, accompanied by fever, headache, cough, shortness of breath and, in severe cases, damage to the upper jaw and even blindness.

It is reported that the number of people infected with mold disease in India continues to rise, with about 300 people infected.
