May 5 2021 Police in Irvine, Orange County, California, said Thursday that a woman died in a home and two suspects were detained, and the murder is still under investigation.
Irving City is a gathering city of Chinese immigrants, and the number of Chinese in Irving has been increasing in the past ten years. A spokesman for the local police department said that around 1 p.m. on the 4th, police arrived at a residential area called “Red Apple” and found a woman dead in her home. The exact identity has not been released. The police determined that the case was a homicide.
Police also said two men were arrested at the deceased’s home. Their identities have not been released and police believe the case is family-related and details are still being investigated.
