February 19th A water house in Massachusetts is for sale. What’s special about this house is that it is built on a boat, but it is different from a yacht.
UPI reported on February 18 that the online listing price of the house is $275,000.
The ship where the house was built was called Tapestry, which was originally a sparse boat.
In the mid-1990s, a man remodeled it by building a house of 1,800 square feet (about 167 square meters) on it, which included three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The agent in charge of reselling the house said in an interview that the residents of the house are currently working at Fairhaven shipyards, so they can dock at the shipyard.
However, after the house is sold, new buyers need to remove the ship.
If the buyer finds a suitable place to settle, he can transport the ship to another pier or move the house from the ship to land.
