January 7th, local time, an oil tanker caught fire near the town of Denu Piao in Ayeyarwaddy Province, Myanmar, killing one person and injuring three others.

According to the local fire brigade, the fire was caused by the overheating of the electric pump installed on the tanker.

At the time of the accident, an 18-year-old crew member was refueling in the cabin and unfortunately died in the fire.

The scene of the incident was near a village 11 kilometers from the town of Denubiao.

The fire lasted for more than an hour, and then was put out by firefighters who rushed to it.
