A South Korean helicopter crashed due to strong winds, pilot successfully escaped

December 2 – According to South Korea’s Central Daily, at noon local time on December 2, a cargo helicopter accidentally crashed into a mountain in Macheng, Wenqing City, North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea.

The pilot successfully escaped and was only slightly injured. The fire department said that due to the strong winds, the helicopter crashed and firefighters have been dispatched to carry out search and rescue work.
