At 10:25 p.m. local time on the 2nd, a fire broke out on the 10th floor of an apartment building in Kadong District, 20 kilometers away from the capital city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As of the early morning of the 3rd, no casualties had been reported.
According to the information released by the Selangor State Fire Department, firefighters went to the scene to rescue after receiving the alarm at 10:45 p.m. on the 2nd. The fire was controlled at 11:25 p.m. that night. After the accident, the residents of the building immediately evacuated.
