A New Haven election worker diagnoses 12 employees in quarantine

According to reports, Mariza Bond, the head of the New Haven Public Health Agency, said that last week, the staff member had not gone to work after he developed symptoms. She said that the office of the city hall had been disinfected.
After the staff member was diagnosed with the new crown, 12 staff members were quarantined. These quarantined employees are temporary workers.
They also counted the absentee ballots at the municipal government office on November 3, and reportedly had no contact with voters. Bond said that each of them wears masks at work and has taken other epidemic prevention measures.
A spokesperson for New Haven Mayor Justin Erik said that the vote-counting work in the U.S. election does not appear to have been affected, and he has launched an investigation into the incident.
