December 30 According to the Toronto Star, on the morning of December 29, local time, a fire broke out in a hotel in downtown Toronto, Canada, seriously injuring a man.

It is reported that the accident happened after 4 a.m., the Toronto fire brigade was called to the Victoria Hotel at 56 Yang Street, where a man was rescued from the 6th floor. First responders performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation of the man and then took him to the hospital.

At present, the fire has been put out and the smoke has dissipated. Firefighters are investigating the cause of the fire.
