In the early morning of February 4th local time, a leak of harmful substances occurred in the commercial building of a dental product company in Ontario, San Bernardino County, California.
A total of 28 workers suffered respiratory problems due to the accident, and another 9 people were rushed to the hospital due to respiratory tract irritation, none of which are currently life-threatening.
The cause of the accident is still under further investigation.
It is reported that investigators are currently looking for sources of harmful substances.
According to Ontario city officials, surveillance by the company showed that the company’s equipment had anomalies, but it was impossible to judge whether it was related to the leakage incident.
