22 December 2021 14:50 local time on the 21st, Indian Petroleum exploded and caused a fire at an oil refinery in Hardia, West Bengal, killing 3 people and injuring 44 others, 7 of whom were critically injured. 37 injured have been sent to hospitals in Calcutta, and the local government said it would provide all assistance to ensure the recovery of the injured.
