January 17th local time, Güner, governor of Baltin Province, Turkey’s Black Sea coastal province, said that a Russian-flagged dry boat named Arvin sank in the waters of Black Heincum.

Günelle said that an estimated 15 crew members were trapped in three lifeboats and rescue work was about to begin. The weather conditions in the area are very bad, which makes it very difficult for rescuers to go to the sea area where the accident occurred.

At present, there are no casualties or news of the sinking of the rescue boat.
