A doctor in the United States developed a severe allergic reaction after injecting Moderna vaccine.

According to the New York Times on December 25, a doctor in Boston, USA, suffered a severe allergic reaction a few minutes after receiving Moderna’s coronavirus vaccination on the 24th local time, becoming the first allergic case after Moderna vaccine was vaccinated nationwide.

The doctor with an allergic reaction, the report said, was Hossein Sadrzad, an oncologist at Boston Medical Center, who suffered from a severe shellfish allergy.

Sadrzad said in an interview that he felt serious reactions almost immediately after vaccination, including dizziness and rapid heartbeat. He was then taken to the emergency room for treatment and observation.
