November 2- A 65-year-old American woman of Chinese descent was hit by a vehicle driving out of control on the sidewalk and died after being sent to a doctor.

Based on NBC and World Journal reports, the police said that on the 30th local time, on the sidewalk in Queens, New York City, an out-of-control SUV crashed into 65-year-old Yuniang Cong and others. An 8-year-old girl caused two deaths.

Police said the incident occurred at about 5:30 pm, at the corner of Jamaica Avenue and 164th Street, when there were many children walking in Halloween costumes on the sidewalk.

The video showed that the driver of the black car was a 47-year-old woman. She seemed to have lost control of the vehicle and the front of the car was damaged.

After the rescuers arrived at the scene, they sent Cong and the girl Carl (Jashanty Cole) to the Jamaica Hospital for emergency treatment, but they all died due to their injuries.

After the accident, the driver of the vehicle involved and a male passenger stayed at the scene for several hours. No allegations have been made so far. The police stated that the woman had nothing to do with the child. The investigation is still ongoing.

Witness William Baker, 59, said the vehicle hit Cong from behind. He said: “I am a man who has gone through vicissitudes of life. I have been a soldier, but this is terrible. I have never seen anything like this in my life.” Cong’s son, Winter Guerra, is an MIT.
