February 8th – A 13-year-old British girl often practices Jiu-Jitsu skills while participating in online learning during the pandemic.

According to the Sun on the 7th, Roxy Kenach’s most common movement when practicing Jiu-Jitsu is to arch her body and extend her feet from behind to the ground.

She trains up to 15 hours a week. During the pandemic, she will also deal with other tasks while learning online. “I find it really hard to sit normally,” Roxy said.

“Sometimes I do splits while doing my homework because it’s really comfortable for me. I always try to finish my homework quickly so that I have more time to train.”

Roxy has been practicing Jiu-Jitsu since he found himself more flexible than most of the children in gymnastics at the age of five. She hopes to join Cirque du Soleil one day and become a Jiu Jitsu actress.

She has gained 140,000 followers on social platforms by showing Jiu Jitsu movements.
