Sun Jichun’s wife and old party member Liu Fengxia took the initiative to ensure the health supervision of seven elderly people living alone.

Changshan Garden Community has built the grassroots organization of the party in the building, established 10 building party branches, set up 14 unit party groups, and built a party building work system of “community party committee-building party branch-unit party group-party member family household”.

Since 2011, Kuancheng District has established a total of 464 “people’s talking points”. All kinds of contradictions and problems related to the production and life of the masses can be reasonable at the “people’s point of things”, obtain convenient and accurate public legal services, resolve contradictions in the embryonic state, and solve problems at the grassroots level.
In the past three years, Kuancheng District has collected and mediated more than 1,700 contradictions and disputes through “people’s talk about things”, held more than 100 publicity activities on the rule of law, and answered more than 300 legal consultations.
Kuancheng District guides residents to actively participate in grassroots governance and improve residents’ autonomy. Friendship Garden Community, like most old communities in Kuancheng District, has no property company management.
