China’s first batch of new crown vaccines arrived in Brazil. This batch of vaccines totaled 120,000 doses and was developed by the Chinese biopharmaceutical company Kexing Zhongwei.
According reports, this batch of vaccines was delivered by a Turkish cargo plane to the airport in Sao Paulo State, Brazil. The governor of Sao Paulo State, Joao Doria, went to the airport to greet them.
He said in a speech at the airport: “This will be one of the vaccines that will help save millions of Brazilians.”
Doria also emphasized that this batch of vaccines will not be put into use until all relevant trials are completed and the necessary permits are obtained.
