April 8th – According to a report by Le Monde on the 8th, President Macron will participate in a videoconference with hundreds of senior officials in the afternoon of the same day and announce the closure of the National School of Administration (ENA).
According to the report, the decision will have very important symbolic significance. Founded in 1945, ENA is one of the famous universities in France. Four French presidents, including Macron, and eight prime ministers, including the current Prime Minister Jean Castel, graduated from here.
According to Radio One Europe, the French government plans to establish a new institution to replace the ENA.
