Her 6-year-old son was sitting in the car. The suspect is Roger Jenker, 28, who faces multiple charges of hate crimes and a maximum of six and a half years in prison if convicted, but he refuses to plead guilty.
According to the World Daily and KMPC radio on the 5th, on the afternoon of March 31, the suspect Jenk threw two stones at a Korean woman’s car, not only damaging the bumper, but also breaking the windshield. The woman then drove to the nearby park and called the police. The Orange County Attorney General’s Office said the suspect told the police in the investigation that South Koreans in the area had tried to control him.
Jenk is now charged with violations of civil rights, vandalism, throwing objects at vehicles, and felony prosecution such as hate crimes. If convicted, he will face up to six years in prison in the state prison and six months in prison in Orange County. So far, Jack has not pleaded guilty.
