Lufthansa flies the longest flight in its history for 15 consecutive hours.

According to the flight tracking website Airportia on January 31, Lufthansa has used an A350-900 to fly the longest flight in its history.

The flight number is LH2574, and the plane will fly directly from Hamburg to Mount Pleasant in the Falkland Islands.

The flight range is 13,700 kilometers and the flight time is about 15 hours.
