British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said on Saturday that after the European Union said it planned to control vaccine exports, it had assured it did not want to interrupt the supply of coronavirus vaccine to the United Kingdom.
Raab made the comments after meeting with the European Commission’s vice chairman Dombrovskys.
Raab on Twitter: “I’ve been assured that the EU has no intention of preventing suppliers from fulfilling their contracts to distribute vaccines to the UK.
The world is concerned that only through international cooperation can we overcome this pandemic.
