Reuters just reported that on January 20, local time, Brazilian President Bolsonaro wrote to US President Biden, saying that he hoped to reach a free trade agreement with the United States.
According to the report, Bossonaro said in the letter that he hoped that the United States and Pakistan could reach a broad free trade agreement during Biden’s term.
The letter was Bosonaro’s “most friendly” proposal to Democrat Biden to date, Reuters said.
The Brazilian president, a close ally of former Republican President Trump of the United States, has refused to accept the results of the U.S. election for weeks and reiterated unfounded allegations of election fraud.
