According to the website Business Insider of the United States, Trump’s move has been criticized by the Washington Civil Responsibility and Ethics Organization (CREW).
The organization said that “even Nixon” would not do so.
According to the report, Noah Bookbender, the executive director of CROW, wrote in a statement: “Even Nixon will not pardon his cronies before leaving office.
Surprisingly, however, Donald Trump came up with such a way in the last 24 hours of his presidency, which made him less moral standards than Nixon.”
The report mentions that CROW is a non-partisan moral supervision organization that specifically sues against “special interests” and “black money” in politics.
