Biden appoints veteran Kessler to lead the coronavirus “Operation Warp”

U.S. President-elect Biden chose David Kessler, the former director of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), to lead the coronavirus “Operation Warp”.

Kessler has served as the director of the FDA during the presidency of Bush Senior and Clinton.
