At 11:50 p.m. local time on January 7, a bomb explosion occurred in the Simansour district of Aden City, the temporary capital of Yemen.

The explosion occurred at the outer wall of a wholesale vegetable and fruit market.

The road leads to the “security link” of the local armed forces under the Southern Transitional Council, a separatist force in southern Yemen.

In a camp, the explosive device was placed in garbage bags, causing minor injuries to two civilians.
