Mexican president says he has not received an invitation for Biden’s inauguration.

According to the latest news from Reuters, when asked whether he would go to Washington to attend the inauguration of President-elect of the United States on January 20, Mexican President Lopez said that he had not received an invitation from Biden.

“I didn’t receive the invitation, and I have decided not to leave Mexico as much as possible,” he said at a government press conference.

López made only one foreign visit in his two years in office when he visited US President Trump and praised the Trump administration for “good treatment and respect for Mexico”.
