In addition, South Korean authorities are investigating suspected cases at a farm in Lingyan County, 384 kilometers south of Seoul.
It is said that about 20,000 ducks were fed in the farm.
According to the statistics of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of South Korea, 47 cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza have been reported in South Korea so far.
For farms with epidemics, poultry within a radius of 3 kilometers have been put out.
Among the currently reported cases of farm infections, there are 12 in Gyeonggi Province around Seoul, followed by North Jeolla Province and South Jeolla Province, with 10 each.
Meanwhile, the number of cases of avian influenza associated with wild birds reached 60.
Authorities are investigating five suspected cases from their habitats.
