In early October, during his hospitalization with COVID-19, Trump went out in a car and waved to his supporters.

The risk of transmission of COVID-19 inside the vehicle is as high as that of transmission outside the treatment facility.

In an interview with a show, Phillips also pointed out that Trump’s travel by car during illness was “a dangerous move” and sent the wrong message to patients that “you can go out”.
