December 28 – Russian presidential spokesman Peskov said in an interview with Russian media a few days ago that Putin has been physically attacked for the past two decades, but has been “immunized” against it.
The Russian satellite news agency reported on the 27th that Putin has been subjected to numerous “accusations” over the years, but these “accusations” are usually unfounded.
In an interview with Russia’s Channel 1, Peskoff noted that “This has not only happened in the past few months, but Western attacks on Putin have persisted for the past two decades, and he is likely to develop some immunity to such things over time.”
Peskov said that Putin himself has reiterated many times that these attacks are not important, and that only one person’s performance at work is of real value.
Russian media mentioned that earlier, at the annual large-scale press conference held in December 2020, Putin rejected allegations against him from the outside world, involving Alexei Navani, the leader of the Russian opposition.
Putin said that Navar was just repeating unfounded allegations from Western countries.
