60 individuals and a shop in Cyprus were punished for violating epidemic prevention regulations.

According to the latest epidemic notification released by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Cyprus on December 19th local time, in the past 24 hours, the Republic of Cyprus has 419 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, with a total of 17,476 confirmed cases; 2 new deaths, with a total of 89 deaths. At present, 115 cases are hospitalized, of which 22 are seriously ill.

It is also reported that at 06:00 on the 19th, the Cyprus police ended a 24-hour nationwide inspection of epidemic prevention measures, with 7,412 inspections, and a total of 60 violating individuals and a shop were punished.
