Russia is banned from participating in the Tokyo Olympic Games

the International Sports Arbitration Tribunal (CAS) announced that it had found the Russian Anti-Doping Center to be in violation of the law and imposed a series of two-year penalties on the Russian Anti-Doping Center (RUSADA).

For the two years from December 17, 2020 to December 16, 2022, Russia will not be allowed to participate in major international sports events, including the Tokyo Olympic Games and the World Championships of various events.

Russian athletes who can prove their innocence can participate as neutral athletes, but they are not allowed to wear or wear any clothing with Russian words, and the Russian national anthem shall not be played in any of the above competition venues.
