More than 1.6 million children in the United States are infected with COVID-19.

According to the latest report jointly released by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Children’s Hospital Association, nearly 1.64 million children in the United States have been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus.

Nearly 180,000 new confirmed cases of children in the week ending December 10th, the highest single week since the outbreak.

In the two weeks from November 26 to December 10, the number of confirmed cases of children in the United States increased by about 23%, with a total increase of more than 300,000 cases.
