December 15th California Governor Newsom said that California is currently experiencing the third wave of the coronavirus epidemic, which is the worst so far. On Tuesday alone, more than 30,000 new cases and 153 new deaths occurred, with a total of more than 1.63 million confirmed cases.

Newsom said that by the end of December, California is expected to receive 2.1 million doses of coronavirus vaccine, but it is still in the bucket compared with a total population of about 40 million.
