Sydney, December 11 The Australian Federal Police said on the 11th that after joint operations with the Australian Border Service and the British National Anti-Crime Agency, about 450 kilograms of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy) were seized in Australia, and five people involved were arrested.

Australian police released a press release on the same day, saying that the Australian border department found an abnormality in an excavator shipped from the United Kingdom in March this year.
After inspection, the police found 226 plastic bags containing crystalline substances in the arm of the excavator. Analysis showed that these crystalline substances were Ecstasy.
Five people involved were arrested.
After the excavation was transferred to many places in Australia and finally reached the established address, the Australian Federal Police conducted a surprise search of several areas of Western Sydney on the 9th, arrested two men involved and charged them with drug trafficking.
If convicted, they can be sentenced to life imprisonment.
The communiqué does not mention the nationality of the arrested person.
Meanwhile, the National Crimes Bureau arrested and charged three men involved in London earlier this year.
