AFP just reported that U.S. President-elect Biden and his partner Harris were elected Time magazine’s “People of the Year”.
According to the report, Time announced on the 10th local time that President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris were selected as the “People of the Year” of 2020 by Time magazine.
Other finalists are reported to include front-line healthcare workers and director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Anthony Fauci, the racial justice movement, and current President Trump. But in the end, Biden and Harris were elected “People of the Year”.
Since 1927, Time magazine has selected the most influential person of the year, “People of the Year”.
