More than 10000 people in Vietnam are quarantined, and 170000 teachers and students in Ho Chi Minh City receive stay-at-home orders
Lian Zaobao reported on December 4 that there has been a recent outbreak of new infections in Vietnam. The Ministry of Health said on Thursday (3rd) that nearly 16,600 people are currently under quarantine observation.
Vietnam’s Ministry of Health said that on Thursday, there were three new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in the country, with a total of 1,361 confirmed cases and 35 deaths.
According to VnExpress International, as a preventive measure, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training ordered 170,000 teachers and students from kindergarten to university to stay at home and prohibit them from going out on Thursday.
