According to Tass News Agency, Norilsk, a city in the northern Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia, suffered from severe weather such as heavy snow and strong winds. According to statistics, the amount of snowfall in November almost doubled the normal level.
The Norilsk municipal government issued a storm warning on Sunday and closed some highways. According to the local hydrometeorological center, a snowstorm is expected on Tuesday, when visibility will be less than 1,000 meters, winds will reach 12-17 meters per second, and gusts will reach 22-27 meters per second.
