9 members of far-right organizations in the United States are prosecuted for allegedly attacking Congress.

According to CBS on the 20th, nine members of the far-right militia organization “Oath Guardian” were charged by U.S. federal prosecutors for their alleged involvement in the January 6 impact on the Capitol.

Six of them were arrested in Florida, North Carolina and Ohio this week and are currently facing charges of conspiracy and obstruction of public proceedings, which are punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
