November 20. According to Bloomberg News on November 19, two sources revealed that senior Pentagon official and retired Brigadier General Anthony Tata tested positive for the new crown virus.
Tata is 61 years old and was appointed Minister of Defense for policy affairs last week.
According to reports, he met with a number of senior officials this week, including Acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller, Deputy Secretary David Norquist, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley. A Pentagon spokesperson declined to comment.
