January 26, local time, villagers in Kakata village, Sita Province, Myanmar, found 30 bombs left over from World War II in the Ayeyarwaddy River under the Inwa Bridge.

Each of the 30 remnants is about 30 centimeters long.

They were found by the village’s fishermen while fishing. At present, the bombs have been handed over to the local garrison.

It is understood that during World War II, the Allied forces and the Japanese army fought fiercely in the area.
